Media Ignores Ron Paul

As I've already stated, I was in your shoes just a year ago. I know ALL about the patriot act, NAU, and all of our losses of liberty due to bush's fear mongering. BUT that doesn't mean I believe in some grand conspiracy that a president who's boarder line illiterate has masterminded a scheme to get a terrorist group to attack us so that the US government can gain even more power throughout the world
.

bullshit you where not in these shoes a year ago because because these shoes are past the point of no return ,you cant get to where your at from here... no one said bush did it ..bush is a puppet

How would binLaden have been better off with the Bush admin blowing up every cave like structure in the middle east? How does islamic extremism better itself with the greatest military in the world watching their every move?

they don't but the wolfiwitz doctrine and the military industrial complex certainly did...exactly the question cui bono? who benefits?

There are soooooo many holes in the 911 conspiracy theory that you really should look into your beliefs from a cynical perspective and not believe everything you like to hear. You might even find that with the ignoring of certain facts, any kind of conspiracy theory can be painted
.

never mind alternative theorys... try the sooooo many holes in the official story
should that not be the concern ?

Not really. There are holes in every historical story, so why should this one be any different? If you heard a story about a bunch of men fitting into a wooden horse, and sneaking into a city to burn it down, wouldn't it seem like there are major logical flaws in that story?

All I'm trying to say is, what seems more likely; bush came up with a master plan in his first year of office to have an enemy of ours attack and kill thousands of citizens just to start a war against them, or that we were attacked by people that hate us in an attempt to rally up anti-american islamic extremism in hopes to unite their cause against the world of non-believers?

Until the end of time there will always be those who will remain in their pits of clay and with their lack of knowledge and imagination demand that you remain there with them!

Some are like horses when their barn catches fire, first they run out then they run right back in again because it is the only place they know to call home.

I suppose I should be more tollerant of the horses led to water but I would rather spend my time on waking the masses that are asleap, not the ones that refuse to drink.

History has something to say about underestimating your enemy...

Tell me what you really believe in.

Do you believe that bombs exploded outside of the Pentagon?
Do you believe that the government detonated the building that wasn't hit by a plane in NYC?
Where do you think the Flight 93 passengers are? Are they on some secluded island somewhere? What happens to their families if they really aren't dead?

Just my opinion but I don't believe that RP is electable, nor will be get the nomination. He has some ideas that are a serious strech with the majority of folks. And no, he does not enjoy a Wide base of support, nor do I consider him to be "main stream", he makes a contribution to the process but after Super Tueday he will be way down the list for nimination. I see a few RP signs but homemade and usually just a white sheet.

Mccain or Romney will get the nom.

I believe there are 84 different surveillance tapes of the event that remain classified that could answer that question

?

I believe that wtc 7 could not fall into its own footprint at free fall speed from small fires and damage and that nist stated this event had a extremely low probability of occurrence and has still not released a final report

no idea... a real 911 investigation would answer these questions

I wouldn't base a conspiracy belief off of the laziness of the bush admin. Do you have anything concrete?

The media only covers the candidates with a chance to get into office.

That's hilarious on several levels. First, your acceptance of this chicken-egg business should tell us a lot about you... you basically believe the fucking media? Jesus. I used to WORK for the media, and I can tell you that anyone who believes it need not be taken seriously. Second, is this even true? The media covers Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, etc. Did they have a chance to get into office? No, boys and girls, the media covers the candidates they personally like. Rudy Giuliani has no chance of winning the presidency. But he's covered all day long. Barack Obama is a no-experience candidate whose only credential is his exotic genes. But he's treated as the next president. What gives, guys? I mean, shit, I hope we can all come together on this point, at least: the media's got favorites. They may or may not be the ones who get into office. The favorites get coverage. And, sadly, this does have an effect on who wins. But let's not be confused about the source of the impetus.

Can you tell me, without going on wikipedia, what it would mean if our country became socialist? It would mean that there would be no need for state laws as the central .gov would have already superceded them. It would mean a bigger government as more and more aspects of your life were drawn into the tent. Eventually it would mean that your individual liberty would become optional as more and more "greater good" laws were passed. It would mean that the Constitution would become a historical footnote. It would mean that you would need a passport to travel between the "states". Hopefully that will get the ball rolling.

I hear that term thrown around in a great percentage of posts on this forum, but there are so many definition of socialism I'd like to know what you guys are considering it would mean if America became socialist.

We claim capitalism, yet the ones who are the loudest against socialism don't seem to mind corporate welfare and other federal regulations of good and service.

Bailouts are unAmerican.

Sounds like a conspiracy theory. Paul doesn't have as much national support as you think he does. I think a candidate like him comes around every election.

I know his voting base, and it's not diverse at all. Sorry about forgetting the middle aged white vote. So he's got the racists, the conspiracy theorists, college kids, and middle aged whites in western states.

If he's supported by the most ignorant (racists) and most naive (college kids) and most politically frustrated (western whites), then maybe he isn't the best choice for president since his supporters aren't the best fit to be picking the leader of the free world.

Said the person with the big gigantic placard of the candidate who is the least qualified of them all.

Is there anything you don't hate and/or fear?

That was rhetorical, so please don't answer because I could care less about your beliefs.

Thank good "qualification" has absolutely no affect on the quality of a president.

You're suggestion was a baseless statement that because he's supported by racists RP is not qualified. Which isn't even close to accurate, while at the same time touting your man Obama as being qualified. Irony anyone?

It would be ironic if Obama was also supported by the racist community, but he isn't. So learn the meaning of ironic before you throw it around again.

No, the irony is that you called a candidate unqualified based on nothing factual while at the same time supporting an unqualified candidate.

Me on the last page: "I still like some of Paul's ideas, but I think/know that he has no chance in a national election even if he's getting equal coverage as Clinton or McCain. Simply put, people aren't living all that poorly in America. We want to change many things, but we don't want to destroy what we have and hope our new ideas work out, because if they don't then every American gets screwed."

Tell me how this is wrong.
