Obama, and the Democrats are not to blame for the need to go into "recovery" mode.

We are not REALLY in "recovery" mode.

I don't think we are really in "recovery" mode...hence my quotations are the phrase. I'm not that happy witht he job Obama's doing. I was merely putting the problem into perspective-that it was under a Republican president (and at the start a GOP house and senate as well), in which the recession started.
