Since 2015, new Federal Guidelines have been making opiates MUCH harder to get. Prescription guidelines hardened.
Control of opiates regulations require stricter control of their distribution.

States are starting to file lawsuits against Big Pharma re the opiode epidemic. This is a pattern in the us the last 20 years. Big Pharma comes out with a new drug, people use it and get ill or die, class actions lawsuits are filed. We see this over and over.
