A brief meeting between President Obama and his top general in Afghanistan on Friday offered the commander in chief an opportunity to question directly the dire assessment of the war effort there, officials said.

He couldnt have just met with him here? I know he was giving aspeech around the corner so the shit stain though lets ... bullshit!
He was flown at the presidents request it wasnt planned and more proof the olympics for chicago came before the country.

I guess he could have just stayed home to take care of important issues and let the other asses fail alone.
