McAuliffe says Clinton staying in, will win popular vote

Larkin said. The Constitution doesn't give specify rights to political parties, it specifies rights to the GOVERNMENT. Which the DNC is NOT. They are a private party running their own primary to decide a NOMINEE. When Obama wins the primary, guess what political office he will have won? Absolutely nothing.

Which is ecatly right, which is WHY a State like Florida can and does pick WHEN it will have its Primary, not the DNC. The DNC does not like it? Pay for their own election with no help from the State.

Which is exactly why the election was actually held on January 29th, DESPITE strong strong objection from the DNC.

And the DNC has no obligation to seat Floridas delegates. If Florida wants to have their delegates sat, follow the rules.
