May begs Europe for help - UK on its knees

A delusion forced upon them by the E.U absurd desire for ultimate control. Don't worry, Germany will one day be holding their hat out to China asking for help, or America for help fighting terror.

This was all primarily about immigration control and protecting their sovereignty. Economically there will be some bumps, but the EU forced this on England. Furthermore, it's not as if the EU doesn't have serious problems and infighting. The question is, does the UK have the ambition and desire to win anymore, or is that all a concept of their glorious past?

The UK will fall off a cliff if brexit happens. Driven there by racist trash.
Thankfully it is now looking less likely.

While their ideas sound nice on the surface, it opens the door to chaos and an endless trail of innocent victims.

Yeah, sure it will. You were one of the largest empires in the world for centuries without the EU, but suddenly now you’ll collapse without them

We joined the EU after the collapse of the Empire.

^^^^ Hysterical as is usual.

Britain will not fall off a cliff, they will have Trade Partnerships with the rest of the world using the WTO rules. The Brexit vote had nothing to do with racism it had everything to do with Sovereignty and not wanting British Sovereignty to be trashed by unelected bureaucrats at the EU Commission dictatorship.

He is Wales, they are a poor outpost within the United Kingdom who only survive because of the huge subsidies Wales gets from the EU.

Not like Catalonia for example which is wealthy and could survive as it's own Independent State, Wales would sink into oblivion. I think Scotland could also possibly survive as an Independent State, they have their whisky industry which is huge, also a very good tourism industry and also oil.

The problem was the view from Britain that the EU should not have such control isn't so unpopular in the EU. The UK could have stood up and acted like one of the main players in the EU, instead they just moaned and groaned that it's all unfair.

It's unfair because the foreigners keep coming in and taking welfare. Yeah, coming in and passing through countries like France. Wait, they don't go to France for welfare. Oh, it turns out it wasn't the EU's fault this was happening, the UK govt actually had the power to stop this happening, but DIDN'T. Why? Probably fucking the country over to make the EU look bad, when it was the UK govt acting bad.

The UK won't collapse, but it certainly won't be as strong.

Let's see, auto manufacturing goes to the EU, aerospace manufacturing (e.g. the Airbus wing manufacturing now done in Wales) moves to the EU, the EU Drugs Regulatory Agency moves to the EU along with the drug companies based in the UK, first administration then research and then manufacturing. Euro clearing, banking, insurance and financial services now in the UK move to the EU. The EU does not want a deal, they want the business, and they are looking after themselves as they should.

And meanwhile the government wont release the brexit impact studies.
