All kinds of software out there to compensate for the vision issues, if somebody hasn't already pointed that out. I think Windows has some of it built in. I once worked with a blind person who spent his entire day working on a PC, and he was really blind, and only had some blurry peripheral vision.

One can also hold down the Control (ctrl) button and press the + symbol repeatedly. The screen zooms in with each hit....and the ads on the right side of the USMB screen eventually disappear.

Maybe you should look into a TELIKIN computer made for seniors.
