An advance party from the WH is in Israel right now arranging logistics for President Trump to visit Israel on May 22. May 22 is five days after the US embassy must be moved to Jerusalem - as per the Jerusalem Embassy Act - unless the President delays it for six more months for national security reasons and one day before Israel celebrates the 50th anniversary o reunification of Jerusalem. There are reports in Israel claiming sources in the administration that he has chosen this date to celebrate moving the embassy to Jerusalem or to announce the US formally recognizes all of Jerusalem as the sovereign capital of Israel or both. It is impossible to imagine he has chosen this particular date for his visit unless he intends to do one or both of these things.
