maxine and her ilk, the Congressional Black Caucus has now in practical terms moved into the old positions that the 5% of rich whiteys who owned the slaves back in the day held, there are 4 among the many differences I see as most important, or harmful imho-

1) they spread federal cash in their districts to keep their victims quiet and pliable,
2) keep them angry at the "system", that is ostensibly keeping them down
3) allow the school system that is supposed to educate them remain a shambles,

I'll wager we could write a similar commentary 30 years from now, where by the Hispanic race hustlers destroy their own for a ready pool of votes, putting a large segment of the Hispanic race on the 'Hacienda'....Its already in the works....
