This guy was shooting out of the 32nd floor.
When the Masons put their finger print on something they usually use 33, but this being a highly negative incident 32 would be likely, ...13 would be preferred.
13 would have represented random violence.
32 in this case would mean "old order" as 33 would mean "new order"
Another example, Fahrenheit was a big time Freemason. He made his temperature scale describe water as frozen at 32 degrees, free flowing at 33.
32 is frozen in ignorance, 33 is advanced.
at this point what it looks like is we have an occult connected shooter stationed at floor 32 , "old order" -gun rights and liberty-, trying to help bring in "33", the socialist state , with no gun rights.
The fact that he was a "high roller" in Vegas gives a better chance he acted alone, but it's still unlikely.
If he didn't have a choice of what room he wanted to stay in, it would have been a better indication this was a larger conspiracy.
