Massachusetts: This Is The Nation’s Toughest Gun Law

Hypothetically, and in that alternative,

what would happen in Any conflict of law between well regulated militia in the service of their State or the Union, and Any unorganized militia in our Republic?
Could you say that in English please?
Only the right wing is that, disingenuous.

Conflict of law and successful resolution in any given Case, is what our supreme law of the land is all about: Order over Chaos, every time we have to quibble.

Yes, I do. I don't ignore express terms, like the right wing.
You ignore "shall not be infringed" and further ignore the EXPRESS interpretation thereof in the Heller decision.

The discussion is over. Your position was shot down by Heller. You are wrong.

Done.
It applies to the People in federal and especially, uniformed service. any questions?

I believe all gun owners should be required to have a permit and undergo the same requirements as outlined in the OP. Anyone not willing to undergo such requirements should not be allowed to have guns. It's a small inconvenience to help make us all more secure from gun violence.

Additionally, I think that guns should be bonded.
