Marine Captain Lamb vs Five Deferment Filthy Don....Who you got in PA-18?

This is why I'm not a union person, sorry, but they are poorly informed.

They are going to vote against a president who openly suggests he is going to protect manufacturing and go against the theft of U.S jobs, in exchange for a guy who would NEVER win a primary for the Democrats and who is playing to the same policies in theory, that Trump is applying in practice.

If all Democrats were like some of what I have heard of this Lamb guy, it would be easy to see an increased support for the Democrats. However, Pelosi, Waters and Schumer? They represent two states.

Even Biden who I said would have possibly have beaten in 2016 (but will have a much tougher hill to climb in 2020) is not going to be some ardent defender of Trumps policies, he is a globalist and this is how he will be presented.

The irony of this is that CNN says "this is a referendum on Trump", they've said that for every race since. Yet, Lamb is supportive of Trump-like policies. So, what is it? He wouldn't ever win a Primary, certainly he wouldn't even get a single vote if he ran for the Democrat party primary at the federal level.

The democrat is ex military......pro-life......pro-gun.......pro Trump policies.....

Live results: The most important election of our lifetimes, since the last one

The reason I put Lamb’s party ID in quotes is because he’s all but unrecognizable as a Democrat. He’s pro-gun (opposed to a ban on assault weapons), personally pro-life, has nothing nice to say about Nancy Pelosi and nothing bad to say about Donald Trump. For all intents and purposes he’s a moderate Republican, at least until the vote tonight is over.

Actually the reason you put it in quotes is that you don't have a clue what "political party" even means.

What does it matter.

Lamb has run a GOP campaign. Thus he will have to vote with the GOP.
He says he is Pro-Life, Pro-Gun, Pro-Border, Pro-Tax Cuts and he won't
listen to Pelosi.

He will have to run for reelection in November thus he MUST vote with the
GOP or be out.

If he's going to vote with the GOP, what does it matter.

Goes to show, keep Filthy Don out of the campaigning.....Lamb will also have a voting record to watch.

The issues also: Filthy Don won the electorial by 70,000 votes in 3 states. Not much at all.

No...that was HRC. She won 3 states by 78,000 votes.
The Donald won 3 states by 100,000 votes.

It was closer to being a 33-17 state win for Trump than a 27-23 state win

With 100 percent of votes counted, Conor Lamb, a Democrat, was clinging to a 579-vote lead over Rick Saccone, a Republican. But a few thousand absentee ballots had not yet been counted, suggesting that no winner would be declared until later in the day, at the earliest. And it was possible that a legal battle could ensue.

Taking the stage to applause at 12:45 a.m., Mr. Lamb was introduced as “Congressman-elect” and exulted, “It took a little longer than we thought, but we did it!”

House Democrats also did not wait for a final count to claim victory, and House Republicans were already talking about a legal challenge. Under Pennsylvania law, there is no automatic recount in such a race, no matter how close.

Pennsylvania House Race, in a District Trump Won by 20 Points...

Why is the race important?

With votes counted in every precinct, Mr Lamb has 49.8% - just ahead of Mr Saccone (49.6%).

The gap between the two rivals is just a few hundred votes, and absentee ballots are now being counted.

Despite this, Mr Lamb claimed victory late on Tuesday. "It took a little longer than we thought but we did it. You did it," he told his supporters.

But Mr Saccone has not conceded the race, and there are no official final results.

The outcome could set the tone for November's mid-term elections, when Republicans will fight to keep majority in both the US House of Representatives and the Senate.

President Donald Trump won the working-class Pennsylvania district by more than 20 points in the 2016 presidential election, but the race has become unexpectedly tight despite his efforts.

The president has visited the district twice during the campaign, while Republicans have spent millions of dollars to keep a firm Republican grasp on the seat.

Tight race for US House Pennsylvania seat

Conor Lamb Roared. Republicans Should Panic.

It’s hard to imagine a candidate with friendlier looks, a more harmless demeanor and a gentler-sounding surname than Conor Lamb.

It’s hard to imagine a message for the G.O.P. scarier than the one that Lamb, a Democrat, just delivered in a special House election in Pennsylvania’s 18th district, where he led his Republican opponent, Rick Saccone, by less than 1,000 votes in a race that remained too close to call on Wednesday morning.

Lamb declared victory. But even if he somehow ended up losing, Democrats have reason to rejoice and Republicans to tremble. Just 16 months ago, Donald Trump won this district by 20 points, and its promise as the kind of place brimming with the sort of voters who thrill to him was confirmed by his visit there late last week for a rally in support of Saccone. The president put what popularity he retains on the line, and flexed his trademark schoolyard humor with the epithet “Lamb the Sham.” This is all that he has to show for it.

Politically and ideologically, Saccone glued himself to Trump, running a campaign whose slogan might as well have been, “I’m With Him.”

Close to close battle for the Red and Blue.

Well if Dems keep nominating pro-gun, anti-abortion-on-demand, pro-tariff types, they can easily win elections.

Is President Trump forcing the Dem party to shift right? That would be a good thing. However I doubt the DNC and Dem elites will go for it. It’s more of the same old tactics, pretend to be a moderate/conservative to get elected, then fuck the people over.

Sooooo....

The democrat may have won the race using this strategy...

He was Pro-life.

He was pro-gun.

He was anti- Assault weapon ban.

He supports Trump's idea on tariffs.

He refused to attack President Trump.

He attacked nancy pelosi.

He is pro-coal, like Trump.

So.....tell us where the democrats are going to find more republicans like him to run as democrats?

And the truth is, as soon as he is in office, he will vote straight party democrat and he will be

Pro abortion.

Anti-gun.

For an Assault weapon ban.

And he will vote against Coal.
