Marie Yovanovitch: Exactly why Would Trump fire her?

Yea throwing a metal ball at the window of a vehicle typically results in what you saw there.
It really depends on how hard the metal is.

A softer metal wont do anything, but a harder substance will shatter the glass.

This hammer is too soft.

This is how security glass works against a ten pound sledge hammer.

this guy experiments, but doesnt realize that the tire iron socket edge has a higher hardness due to being tempered.

A center punch has a tempered tip and all you have to do is lean into the glass with it and it shatters the window.

A tiny piece of sparkplug ceramic shatters a car window with a little toss.

The point is, the glass is hard, and to bust it easily you need something that is HARDER which means something with a highly tempered steel or a tempered ceramic.

Next time, the reporter should use a rock hammer that geologists use to break rocks.

This entire thread is a Lie...........from it's inception..............She was NEVER FIRED..........she was replaced and given choice of assignments afterwards............

Amazing isn't it.

Dude, she was reassigned to the first airplane leaving the country.

She was fired. Let it go.
Replaced................which the President can do as he pleases.............ask Obama........he fired many..........where was your outrage then DUDE..........

She still works for the gov't...............and as a witness............was useless.........why she was even there is Stupidity in motion..............Shifty trying to play the ...........HERE'S A VICTIM CARD....

What a joke this whole thing is DUDE.

I never said I had any problem with him firing her. Why don't you pay attention to who is quoting you and for what reason. I only had a problem with you not ADMITTING he did so.

Splitting hairs over fire versus replace............In the Shifty show............they made it sound like she was FIRED..........for the victim card..........Like she didn't even have a job......

All a show...............and all BS.

Dude you got quotes from the Tesla thread up in there. You should clean that mess up LOL

Watching Marie Yovanovitch testimony I'm troubled as to why Trump would want her terminated?
According to her she did nothing wrong. Didn't any conflicts with Trump's foreign agenda.
She was pursuing ways to help insure USA tax dollars spent wisely in Ukraine.
Sounds all honest and straight forward.

So what exactly did she do wrong that caused her termination?
She is self-entitled pursuing her own agenda when she serves at the pleasure of Trump. Trump was right to dump her.

The Deep State Has the Sadz (and That’s a Very Good Thing).

During her opening statement before the House Intelligence Committee, ousted Ukrainian ambassador Marie Yovanovitch warned Congress about a “crisis” at the State Department. No, the crisis isn’t about rising tensions in Iran or the ongoing instability in the Middle East or desperate Venezuelans fleeing to neighboring countries.
Oh no, it's much more self-indulgent:

The crisis, Yovanovitch emotionally explained, is empty corner office suites and silent cell phones and bruised egos. “Leadership vacancies go unfilled and senior and mid-level officers ponder an uncertain future. The State Department is being hollowed from within in a competitive and complex time on the world stage. This is not a time to undercut our diplomats.” Morale, she warned, is low.

Trump’s “War” on Diplomats

But Yovanovitch only told a portion of the harrowing situation besieging Foggy Bottom. There are more “horror stories,” according to GQ reporter Julia Ioffe. No, not horror stories about child trafficking or forced starvation or mass slaughter around the world. Ioffe tells the terrifying account of how one American diplomat in the U.K. got his walking papers from Trump’s appointed ambassador to that country. Trump, Ioffe fumed, is waging war on America’s diplomats!

Lewis Lukens, the deputy chief of mission (yes, his actual title) in London, got the boot after he offered effusive praise of Barack Obama in two speeches last year. In addition to raving about the previous president, Lukens gave Trump a few shots, asking Brits not to give up on the “special relationship” between the two countries.

Lukens was referring to Trump’s criticism of both former British Prime Minister Theresa May and London Mayor Sadiq Khan. In fact, Lukens tweeted his support for Khan a few hours after Trump ridiculed the London mayor for his response to a deadly terror attack in June 2017. Lukens also asked the Trump White House to stop criticizing May.
It’s interesting how the diplomatic graces of these self-important envoys don’t ever apply to their American boss.
