You would need Officers and enlisted in the US Airforce and Air National Guard in on the plan, every pilot and air crew on duty that day. All of the air traffic controllers on the Northern Eastern Coast. You would need a crew to fire the "missile" that hit the Pentagon. You would need a large number of security forces ( secret service and FBI) to rush out even before the missile was fired to "seize" all the tapes seconds and minutes, as he has claimed, after the attack. You would need a large, nearly complete coperation of every investigator in all locations, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington DC and the Airports where the planes took off to be in on the plan. You would need a secure airfield with staff and security and air crew to receive the planes that did not "crash", you would need some people to either hold all these people from those planes and to murder them and dispose of the bodies and air craft. You would need the cooperation of a lrage part of the Presidents staff involved and or the Vice Presidents staff.

Those are just the easy to identify people you would need to run a false flag operation like this. I have missed a lot of support and others that would need to be in on the plan.
