Good for the Freedom Caucus? I believe they would think so.
 
ACA/Ocare was confusing and bad enough.
Failing to fix it sends another round of mixed messages.

So until it is fixed, it is BAD.

(NOTE: the good that was accomplished could have
been done in other ways besides compromising the
rights and beliefs of half the nation. So the Mixed
Message in making it look like "nothing could get done
without compromise" is part of the problem., and why
this is so bad on its face. It keeps reinforcing the idea
that states and people can't organize and develop
working programs ourselves but "must rely on federal govt"
but the constant deadlock and lack of real reform ALSO
shows we CAN'T rely on federal govt. Thus the mixed message.)

couldn't even get a vote much less clear the House and go to the Senate
