Al Franken has been declared the winner in Minnesota. The three judges in the court case have ruled that he received more votes than his opponent Coleman. This comes as a disappointment to the Republicans who can still hold up Franken's seating in the Senate for six more months. It is certain that the devoted followers of the GOP will accuse the judges of misconduct, but had the ruling gone the other way, the Republican faithful would have called them the three wise men. You win some, you lose some, and lately the GOP has been on a losing streak. On the other hand, America as a whole has been on a winning streak. Congratulations, Senator Franken.
