Liberals love to talk about Republicans and Old Boys Clubs.
But how many of you have tried to get work in a Union Position?
I have on several Occasions and I always hear the same shit about the place I am applying. Oh you have to be related to someone to get in there.
Unions promote favoritism in Hiring in many cases. They "keep it in the Family" and in effect have turned many Unions into nothing more than an Old Boys club.
