Sounded real to me.
I listened to an audio of an interview and I believe he is guilty mostly of being gullible. Some may even say an idiot.
I can't make heads or tails of this? Three year romance with a person dying and no interaction? No visits? You'd think he were a prisoner of war or a prison lifer. You gotta be kidding me. Am I missing something or is this guy a complete idiot?
Granny says the whole thing sounds kinda fishy to her...
'What would you do' Te'o tells Couric
January 23, 2013 — Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'o admitted to Katie Couric he answered questions about his "dead," online girlfriend even after he received a call Dec. 6 from a woman posing as the fake person. Te'o also maintained he played no part in the hoax.
Records link California home and Te'o case
Sat, Jan 19, 2013 — When Notre Dame football star Manti Te'o ordered two dozen white roses delivered to 21503 Water Street, he says he thought they were headed to the home of his dead girlfriend, Lennay Kekua. In fact, the man implicated as the ringleader of a false-identity hoax and many of his relatives have lived in the single-story, stucco bungalow, according to publicly available records and interviews with neighbors.
I wanna do things to Beyonce, you wouldn't do to a farm animal!
Maybe I'm being over cynical, but I don't buy it. The guy plays linebacker for Notre Dame. Are we really supposed to believe he's that inexperienced with women that he thinks someone who he's never met before is his GF?I don't buy it. I think he invented this girl for publicity and got caught.
She is hot, but she's not as hot as people say.
