Mandatory death penalty for gun crimes.

Florida is a death penalty state . Didn’t seem to sway Mr Cruz .

So laws don't work then huh?

The death penalty is not a deterrent and in some cases people commit capital crimes to get the death penalty. A very long and drawn out “suicide by cop”.

So then how will more gun control stop shootings if they don't obey laws.

Time to understand, like getting sick or most situations in life, prevention is the best solution. You can create any law you want, hasn't stopped addicts, murderers or any criminal activity. If someone wants to commit a crime they will.

They can't commit a crime if they're dead. Like I said, the vast majority of violent crimes are repeat offenders. Just kill them. Problem solved.

"Mandatory death penalty"? Do you know what you are advocating? There is no such thing as a "mandatory death penalty" for a hundred good Constitutionally guaranteed reasons. Take a freaking break and think about it.

OK. How about a mandatory death sentence for first degree murder? Would you go along with that?

One thing you have to realize. There are many cases where someone murdered someone, went to prison, was released or escaped, and killed again. Would you like to be the one who's loved one was killed by a repeat offender? It happens more often than you think.
