Those who work for others don't have a choice in the matter . You will pay no matter what. Why would a business want to be a corp, a pass through business after they write everything off, pays the same.

Of course use to be a corp was a way to hide money.

I read accountants don't count. Is that true. I read that a they can deduct 20% and pay tax on that amount?
