On Sunday in Philadelphia among thousands of people, Juan Rodriguez, 24, from Staten Island, NY was arrested and carted off by the police after undressing and exposing himself to President Barack 0bama. I guess he wanted some of that "HOPE AND CHAINS."
Once it was realized that Mr. Rodriquez was nude, 2 men slammed him face down it was probably the Secret Service. Mr. Rodriquez was set-free on bail (10K), and was charged with indecent exposure, public lewdness and disorderly conduct.
News men caught a picture of a woman behind a hat and sunglasses hiding her face with both hands as not to see Mr. Rodriguez's family jewels. (I think her name was Ethel.)

We do know the reason for Mr. Rodriquez's strange actions. As, always, money, fame, thrill but most importantly a 1 Million dollar Prize to be paid in cash upon completing the mission.
Rodriguez of course had his friends videotaped him for a cut of the prize money. He got about 20 yds. from the president while, the president was speaking to an crowd outdoors. Mr. Rodriquez proceeded to undresses and shouted out a website address 6 times in the nude. Then he streaked off through the crowd. The contest was promoted by British billionaire Alki David, 42, called, “The Commando-In-Chief Contest”
The Contest Rules:
Be sure the President sees and hears you.
Expose yourself to the President.
Have the billionaires web address written across your naked chest.
Scream the billionaire’s web address, 6 times at the President.
If you complete the mission and succeed, then you will win, One Million Dollars Cash!
All you have to do is be the first person to streak in the presence of the President. Simple enough right? Billionaires have a strange sense of humor.
In August 2010, British billionaire Alki David posted the contest on his website, where Mr. Rodriquez frequents and is known by the user name, “King Vamp.”
The British billionaire said, "This is the first time anybody has attempted it. I still don't know if he was successful. If he has done it, I'll pay him in cash." He went on to say, "It's still not confirmed,"
“David said, he was sending a team to Philadelphia to try to verify if Rodriguez achieved all the goals of the challenge. "If indeed it checks out, it's certainly worth every penny," David said.”
"I'm very clear about the rules," David said. "I'm still waiting to get conclusive proof he [Rodriguez] did it."
It has been brought to the billionaire’s attention that in Pennsylvania there is a law prohibiting anyone making money from an illegal act. So, there still may hope for you, to streak the President and win the one million dollar prize money.
