Man dies in David Clark's jail from dehydration.

My gosh, it's as if Sheriff Clark reached into the cell and strangled the guy with his own hand!

This is all acceptable in america, what's the big deal?

What's acceptable? You don't even know the story yet.

What possible excuse can there be?

Maybe none. Let's wait for the case to be unfurled, eh?

Yours was the first response shoog.

The header is worded to cast aspersions on Sheriff Clark. Hence my response.

You already have a response loaded up before you've ever heard anything Biwwy, that was a reflex.

Why did they deny him water for 7 days? That's incredible....
I'd like this story was not true...

More than likely it's not entirely true.

You die a LOT sooner from dehydration than 7 days. Usually 3 days.

How long can humans last without water?

There's probably a whole lot more involved than just some bailiffs being mean to a caged psychotic.

Sounds like a story some lawyer made up to cash in on a large settlement.

If the guy was that dehydrated, there is always fresh water in the cells commode to drink. ...

I think that to know what really happened more investigations are needed. :eusa_think:
Anyways I read your link Pete and I have to say I didn't know dehydration could kill in 3/4 days :dunno:
