A man remains in the Fulton County jail after being arrested Wednesday for carrying 19 bags of marijuana into the Fulton County Courthouse, police said. Police at the courthouse noticed something suspicious in Ricky Hefflin’s back left pocket when he went through the building's metal detector.

Hefflin, who already had an active warrant, was charged with possession with intent to distribute in addition to two simple battery charges.

Guy needs a better lucky charm.
