"Make the Rich Panic"

Business wouldn't leave if they could make profit. The fact that they left is the proof they couldn't make profit that would satisfy shareholders. My question to you is still, why?
Because the business practice of "value based management" requires maximizing short-term profit for shareholders at the expense of millions of productive US workers, consumers, and their descendants.
"The sole concentration on shareholder value has been widely criticized,[20] particularly after the late-2000s financial crisis. While a focus on shareholder value can benefit the owners of a corporation financially, it does not provide a clear measure of social issues like employment, environmental issues, or ethical business practices."

Are you insane??? Businesses are making so much fucking profit it isn't funny. Wtf do you think the stock market is riding on??? They're giving it all to the top management and using southern Asia for production. How fair is this.
"U.S. businesses have never had it so good.

"Corporate cash piles have never been bigger, either in dollar terms or as a share of the economy.

"The labor market, meanwhile, is still millions of jobs short of where it was before the global financial crisis first erupted over six years ago.

"Coincidence?

"Not in the slightest, according to Jan Hatzius, chief U.S. economist at Goldman Sachs..."

Why are US corporate profits so high Because wages are so low
