2004 is a bit of a stretch. I'm not saying it isn't possible, but after such a long time let's be real, what are the chances of a conviction and/or the real threat of some opportunists looking for their name in the paper and civil judgement?

I don't know what the statute should be on these types of cases, but after this long a period of time, what's anyone to think or believe?
