It just "feels" wrong to me.

With that defintion this could have been considered an emergency though, I'll give DeVaul and the Judge that much.

I also say DeVaul will be run out of office next election and this will be ONE of the many things that helps us kick him to the curb and put another unqualified, egocentric, asshole into the spot of governor (we have a good track record of voting for the egocentric assholes in this state)
