lulu is one of many expressions for piss in german.

used by children and their mommies, mainly.

so, no.

And mumu is the part were lulu comes out.
The other terms are a bit obscene to introduce to a child.
The German language has some of the most deprecative terms for a mumu.

In Turkish they also say kuku for a mumu. Some Italians say lulu.
One of the most well-sounding terms I heard so far was "pamuk prenses", it means "cotton Princess".

Maybe we all should think of a new nickname which suits you universally through all cultures. Now what that would be?
