Presidents don't have to explain sensitive, secretive and classified information to Lou Dobbs or you. He exlains these things to special committees made up of elected members of congress whose job is specificly oversight.
If you don't know why we shoot hellfire missles from drones at members and supporters of al Qaeda you need to brush up on over 10 years of history. Google 911 terrorist attack.
Presidents don't have to know specific details of their tools of war. They just have to know when, and have what it takes, to let loose the dogs. When this President took office, he let loose the dogs of war. Some of the dogs had been held in cages by the previous administration. Those are the ones this President let loose. The other dogs are very happy about that.
