A written request must be made to the collecting agency that is responsible for the document. Only a handful of officials are given that authority, e.g. NSA has only 20. Perhaps there was a valid need for an Obama official to know Flynn’s identity. That issue is irrelevant. Providing it to Ignatius was a crime."

So this whole conspiracy is based off of the fact that Obama spied on a political opponent. With the help of the FBI he conducted political espionage against the current president in an attempt to win the 2020 election. The whole purpose of it is purely political. There is no legal basis to any of it. Hillary rigged the 2016 nomination and now Democrats are in the process of rigging the 2020 election.

What Obama and Clinton did were Felonies and they both should be brought up on charges. This entire case was built off of a faked dossier which was leaked to the press.
The creator of the fake documents leaked it....and the Obama DOJ used leaked press reports as justification to begin an investigation.
Then they used unverifiable and salacious evidence and presented it to a FISA judge, which is essentially perjury, and it was done in total secrecy according to regulations.
Members of the Obama Justice Department signed off on this dossier on numerous occasions, which is perjury. James Comey, Rod Rosenstein, and others committed perjury when they used evidence they said they didn't know was accurate or not and presented it to a FISA judge so they could begin the investigation.
Comey briefed Trump on this, and Rosenstein recommended that Trump fire him......then used the firing as justification to appoint a Special Council because of a story about some secret memo Comey wrote that Comey leaked to the press.
They awarded it to Robert Mueller.
Robert Mueller isn't trying to prove Russian Collusion and never was.
He simply was looking for a crime to accuse Trump of committing so Democrats in the House could impeach Trump.
