London has Warmest April day in nearly 70 years, as Enormous Heat Dome Consumes Europe

We haven't had a usual winter in Vegas since 2011. The entire southwest US has seen +10 degrees above normal. The majority of storms that have caused the severe weather in the middle and eat coast of the US have originated right here in the southwest. In essence, warmer than usual....global warming.

Yeah but meanwhile the whole rest of the country is still sporting their nut sack warmers. Global warming not so much:113:

Global warming is feeding the intensity of storms. The US is also on their way for a record breaking tornado season.

Excuse me for taking an Illegitimate tactic from the 70 IQ Climate Deniers, who confuse short term or local WEATHER with Climate/Global avg Climate/warming.
Many threads on this page alone are by those myopic clowns and their snowy days looking out their windows.
So I think it will be enlightening to have them see past their own backyard Weather, and to a very large area.
But still just Weather.

While abnormally cold weather continues to grip the Eastern United States, a full-fledged dose of summer weather has overtaken much of Europe.

An enormous heat dome, parked over Germany, has covered a large part of the continent in record or near-record warmth. High temperatures in the 70s and 80s (roughly 20 to 30 Celsius) were widespread Thursday.

The British Met Office tweeted that St. James’s Park in London soared to 84.4° (29.1 Celsius), its warmest temperature in April since 1949, when it hit 84.9° (29.4 Celsius).

Paris also experienced historically warm April conditions. Its temperature surpassed 82° before April 20 for the first time since 1949, MeteoFrance reported. ....Paris’s preliminary high of 83.7° (28.7 Celsius) ranked as the fifth-highest April temperature there in 146 years of measurements.
Several locations in France set all-time April highs, MeteoFrance tweeted.

Hmmm. Care to provide some actual fact based evidence for that. Not computer derived fiction mind you, but real observed data.

Another Blindingly Stupid reply.
Once again an embarrassment to USMB.
This was merely an anecdote/anecdotal evidence of warming.
On the top of the last page I posted this showing we have he hottest temps on record Globalkly since records have been kept.

Here are the storm tracks from the west coast. Look at the storm track that starts in north east New Mexico. Every time we have a weather front through Vegas it hits that storm track and the great lakes region gets slammed with cold and storms. It's been happening more and more since 2011.

2011? Who was President, why didn't he do anything about it?

Thanks, Obama

Actually the east of England isn't that wet, it's the west that gets the most rain.

London has 109.6 days, on average, of precipitation and 601.7mm of rain a year.

Cardiff, capital of Wales has 148.6 days on average of precipitation and 1,151mm of rain a year.

New York has 122 days on average of precipitation and 1,268mm of rain a year.

So, London is drier than NY.

Yes, you respond to a factual statement by posting up proven false temperature data so your posts do indeed constitute a joke. Try coming up with something factual, not fanciful.

Again.... the alarmist and general climate crusaders have been talkin about this consensus science for 20 years..... the whole weather is not climate narrative. And they continue to spike the ball with the "Republicans don't know science stuff".

The problem is that's like spiking the ball when you score your first touchdown making the score 57 - 7.

Nobody is caring about climate change..... come talk to me when climate change is actually a topic in a presidential debate.:eusa_dance::eusa_dance::hello77:
