lol, O'Reilly kills me with this lie

This is yet another instance of liberals wanting to both dismiss an allegation and excuse it at the same time. I've heard several people justify the penalty for not having health insurance as being a tax (as if the government can tax for any reason), but then, they seem ignorant of what happens when you don't pay your taxes. If you frame it as a tax, that means it is possible for people to be arrested for not paying this particular tax. I'm wondering what liberals believe will happen if people choose not to pay the penalty for not having health insurance.

Of course, this is mostly irrelevant, since nowhere in the actual bill is it called a tax, Obama even denied it being a tax, and then there's the small business about the government not being able to tax to coerce behavior or penalize for not participating in a regulatory scheme. But, you know, don't let the details get in the way of you calling O'Reilly a liar for the millionth time...because that's what's important, right?
