While the US is in danger of a radioactive cloud sweeping from Japan Obama's FDA is concerned with food color. Even though the current food color dyes have been certified as safe for years the FDA is wasting taxpayer money in an effort to clog up the system with food color research and congressional hearings. What a bunch.

Does anyone know something about FDA's new bill? HB 2165
It is about Vaping taxes and age acceptance of purchase. I am trying to find out that after reading at Vaping Daily that it seeks to increase vape tax by 60% in Washington state.
