Most of it spam these days. I've come to the realization that many "job boards" are nothing more than information fishing sites. Most of the "jobs" they display aren't real and just lead one through a loop of one job board to another.

If you couple that with todays recruiters (who are all a bunch of flaming morons) and the HR people one has to cut through to get to the heart of an opportunity, you get what we have out there in today's business world. I smoking pile of rubble.
