In my observation,the CON$ervatives have thoroughly destroyed the USA. I don't see how it can ever come back as long as at least one CON$ervative is in government. Looks like America be stuck in Third World Misery for the foreseeable future. It is sad.

George Bush was not Conservative. Only the misguided and uninformed claim he was. He was almost as much a Socialist/Progressive as Obama is. There's no real difference between the two. Obama's policies are just an extension of Bush policies. If real Conservatives did run this country,Detroit wouldn't be Third World right now and our Nation's future wouldn't look so bleak. The goal of Liberalism is eliminate the profits of capitalism and distribute them to the proletariat. The problem with this is that Capitalists only do what they do in order to amass profits. If the ability to amass profits is sufficiently abridged, Capitalists will relocate to more friendly territory.

In the mean time, Liberals forge ahead unable to accept reality and unable to adjust to he world around them. Detroit used to be the envy of the world for its productive capabilities and the thriving Capitalism that it was founded upon.

Then came Liberalism and the life was drained from the city leaving a crippled hulk. It is the real life embodiment of Atlas Shrugged.

The current unemployment rate is pretty high there and the employers just keep leaving while the Liberals try to suck more and more from fewer and fewer. It is the unavoidable result of Liberalism.
