And of course he would. He has the highest ratings of anyone on talk radio and has the largest audience in America.

Limbaugh: 'Whatever You're Hearing About Sponsors Is Incorrect'

Rush Limbaugh: There might be 18000 different local sponsors on "The Rush Limbaugh Show." Losing 28 advertisers is like loosing a couple of french fries In the container at the drive-thru.

I don't listen to him or talk radio but . . . . good for Rush.

Although, he was wrong for calling Fluke a slut . . . freeloader would have been a better choice.

It was just a matter of time.
BTW, the liberal media is gleefully reporting every sponsor Limbaugh has lost. To inflate the numbers to make things look worse than reality, they are counting local sponsors which normally run just one 30 second spot in the three hours the show airs.
The radio stations are required by FCC regulations to provide ad time for local advertisers at a lower rate than those paid by national advertisers. Sort of like "Coca Cola vs Bill's Bar and Grill of Lewiston, Maine

there was never any doubt that Rush would fill in the advertisers who left. he has too many listeners.

of course, none of that has anything to do with what he said and if it was right or wrong.

I think its been the lefties here starting one thread after another bashing Rush and making Sandra Freeloading Fuke a saint.

Ive just responded to their threads :dunno:

Personally, I am ready to vette the Demoncat nominee for POTUS 2012.

Let's see. Who would be interested in advertising on the Limbaugh show? Certainly not secondary education providers. Nobody associated with science. Not GM (anymore) or the Nissan Leaf. Probably not the Universalist Unitarian Church, but maybe the Baptists.

I'm guessing gun makers, the brewers of Pabst Blue Ribbon, the city of Branson, Missouri and a casino or two.

It's the same kind of sponsors he had before. Mostly financial.

Naturally after the way he ripped the Leaf, Nissan would NEVER advertise on his show. That was classic.

freeloading activist liar maybe?

I thought you wingnuts didn't care about Rush?

No one cares more about Rush than e.d.thecynic. He quotes Rush constantly. True story.
Maybe he's this guy:

Cenk, from the Young Turks, has offered Rush $10,000 to donate to charity if he can prove he has 20 million listeners.

I think Cenk's money is safe.
