Libs trying to change the definition of Judicial Activism

It’s also not judicial activism when the Court upholds the Constitution and strikes down laws criminalizing homosexuality (Lawrence v. Texas), excluding homosexuals from a state’s anti-discrimination law (Romer v. Evans), violating a woman’s right to privacy with regard to abortion (Planned Parenthood v. Casey), or a state law forbidding undocumented children attending public school (Plyler v. Doe).

Certainly all conservatives acknowledge all the rulings above and many more as the law of the land, upholding the Constitution, and in no way examples of judicial activism.
