Scotland needs to quickly vote to leave the UK or they will miss the bus for the relocation of existing banking operations in London and Asian bank investment. They will relocate to Dublin, Frankfurt, Paris etc. Scotland could scoop up a lot of the business if they left the UK and joined the EU. Spain's resistance would disappear once France, Germany (the main net contributors to the EU) gives them a talking to.
