The Great Commie was a professional politician. Professional politicians realize that at some point, they would have to release their tax returns so they pretty it up by paying more than they have to.

Trump had no idea that he would actually become President, so he never did what the pro's did. He likely took every deduction he was afforded by law, and probably paid lower taxes than the left would expect with somebody of his stature.

But then again, there is no such thing as paying "enough" when it comes to the left.
