Sure we can. Not just through legislation as that will not happen but through the vote. It is not going to happen because there are too many people that are partisan hacks and see the world as an us vs them proposition. It will take the population actually realizing that the parties are toxic.

The first is possible but you’re making a final statement on the matter. I don’t think change is impossible, just difficult. The second is flat out wrong. We can force them and be a free country. We just have to force them through our right to speak and our right to vote.
