Libloons in Denial Cliché Thread

I'm an angry white male voter because it's almost impossible to find any politician that will honestly tell you the truth about what he really believes in. They all talk a good game until they get elected and then they do just as they fucking please without keeping campaign promises. Once elected, their only priority is staying in office. Fuck a bunch of politicians... All of them.

Americans may not be smart enough to vote

Maybe that's why the machines are set to 'Democrat'. To help the stupid voters.

Understand when I say this, I'm not picking on you per say, but I'm pointing out something I find really humorous this cycle.

Namely, in years like 2006 and 2008 when the DNC rides high on Moderates and Independents the GOP Partisans whine and moan like a bunch of babies that the DNC only wins because "Peoples is stupid." You see thread after thread contemplating literacy tests, bemoaning public education, and wondering openly if public stupidity means the republic is finished.

In cycles like this one, where the GOP is looking to make gains, the GOP Partisans come on here and talk valiantly about "The Will of the People" and talk about championing "The Common Values We All Believe In" and a lot of balogney that boils down to this: Now the moderates are voting for us, we like them.

This is of course not limited to the Right. I've seen DNC partisans break down over how "stupid" people had to have been to re-elect Bush. Ponder if it's the general stupidity that leads people to vote GOP in 2000, etc, etc. You're seeing DNC Partisans right now! talking about Moderates the same way that RNC Partisans talked about them in 2006.

Perhaps we just need to realize this. The Moderates aren't as stupid or ill informed as we all tend to think they are. They just want results, and if you won't give results, they'll move on to the next politician willing to try. If the DNC had understood that, they'd probably be looking at holding the House. If the GOP fails to learn that, they'll lose the House soon enough.

I'm not a Republican. Just so you know. And I said that earlier in the thread.... I don't like either party. I'm always delighted when they get their asses kicked. I'd like honest politicians... and an honest, unbiased media would be great too.

The same ole same ole will be coming from the Dems tomorrow...If you didn't vote for them you're "Stupid." Oh and you're probably a "Racist" too. They're a pretty predictable bunch. It is gonna be fun watching the Socialist/Progressive nutters freaking out tomorrow though. The ones who are brave enough to show up anyway. ;)

I know, hence why I prefaced the comment. It's just your particular post was the most recent one with the "Stupid voters" theme, which was all over this board in 2008, and will be all over this board on Wednesday.

I'm just getting tired of the "Stupid Voters" meme. It seems to be the talking point of the losers year after year.

It's ok. Dis has a fleet of waaabulances on stand-by. The forum is ready for the meltdown.

you mean the rightwingnut freaks are going to stop using the ones they comandeered in january, 2008?

cool

We've only just got them cleaned. Be grateful.... it was not pretty in the '08 waaabulances.
Nothing will ever compare to the whining and wheezing from the left after the 2000 elections. :clap2:

Post Election Stress Disorder

This is pretty much the talking point for liberals after tomorrow.....

"this is not really a repudiation of Obama and his policies, but a disaffection with Washington in general."

----and------

"BLULULOOO!!! BLULOLOOOO!!! BUSH !!!! BLULOOLOOOLOOOO!!! THE VOTERS ARE STOOPID!!! BLULOLOOLOOLLOOO!!!!!!!

That and, Congress and Obama weren't liberal enough. The public wanted a single payer health plan. The public wanted more regulation in the financial services industry. The Dems didnt deliver what they were sent to do so voters kicked them out.
I predict at least one analysis like that. At the very very least one poster here on USMB will post that.

Their sneering smugness is now on full display. Socialists/Progressives usually are a very hateful & bitter bunch. So i'm not surprised by their behavior. Stay tuned...Because it's gonna get much worse before the night's over.

OK...We've already heard about "anti-incumbent sentiment" and "throw the bums out" from the usual MSM suspects....It's like 1994 all over again.

My addition to the list to watch for is....

"Angry White Male"

Proceed.

The angry white male is going to be the bleeting of con-sheeple when nothing changes in DC., and it is same-o same-o.

Passng out Hammers for the cons to hit themselves in the head, again, and again...............
