Liberals’N’Lawsuits
Too much reliance on litigation is bad for the courts and the Dems. Editor’s Note: This article, originally published in 2005, was written for National Review Online by Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch. Who do you think said this: “Reliance on constitutional lawsuits to achieve policy goals has become a wasting addiction among American progressives. . . . Whatever you feel about the rights that have been gained through the courts, it is easy to see that dependence on judges has damaged the progressive movement and its causes”?

I guess we have to keep the courts clear for the elites like Trump who sues everyone and is sued by many.
So funny , I could just scream.

He also says we have to take the constitution as wrote for the culture it was wrote in, and envision on how the writer meant it, and take the writing literally.

(Kind of like some Christians who think the bible is wrote for today and take it literally)

Also he is ok and pro giving money to politicians.

Yet he says liberals, I guess Democrats should vote and not go to court, but ok for the wealthy. He also said ok to Hobby Lobby not to offer BC , but still offer Viagra, and vasectomies.

Try re-reading the Gorsuch comment-----you might manage to understand it. He makes excellent
points as to the danger of glutting the courts with lawsuits which are "constitutional" challenges. Try not to
comment, however, ---until you learn to express yourself in the English language.
