Refusing to bake a ceremonial wedding cake based on their religious principals is not refusing service.
They did not have a sign out front that said no gays allowed.
The gay couple were able to buy any of of the other goods being sold by that bakers products.
The gay couple could have gone to another bakery shop to have their cake made.
Now if these bakers actually had a sign out front that said no gays allowed, I would be one of the first out there in front of that shop protesting. That is discrimination.
Refusing to bake one wedding cake is not discrimination, especially when there are many other bakeries that would have baked it for them.
Forcing some bakers to go against their religious beliefs is against the 1st amendment.

And that tells you how corrupted our Courts have become, so that President Clinton had to sign a law in the first place and why so many States had to do one also.

When the potential reaches what the public deems is a critical point whereby they believe the potential will most likely be realized and cause drastic or tragic results, the public is inspired and influenced to take preemptive action to prevent the potential circumstance from occurring or reduce it's negative impact. In the case of the Indiana law in question, the public viewed the characters who promoted passage of the law and were in very visible positions behind the governor when he signed the bill. To many viewers it seemed obvious that those people had anti gay agendas and would most certainly use the legislation to promote their anti LGBT agendas.

Then why would it be reasonable to argue over the context of this law outside of the terms defined within ... Instead of making a move that requires Indiana to make "sexual orientation" a protected class at the state level?

If your idea of potential abuse does not overcome the realities of actual abuse ... Then you are wasting your time arguing over nothing.
The only potential your argument in this case represents ... Is foolish division driven politics that desire to take something away from someone else in order to claim victory over a perceived threat.

If that’s true, then why is it that liberals have to incessantly lie about what they’re doing, what’s happening in the world and also lie about conservatives?

For example, take this latest flap about Indiana passing a religious freedom law that prevents Christians from getting run out of business if they refuse to participate in gay weddings. The law should be unnecessary given that the First Amendment already “prohibits the making of any law…impeding the free exercise of religion,” but getting beyond that, there are similar laws in 20 states.

Even Bill Clinton and Barack Obama have signed onto similar laws. Yet, you have liberals claiming that discrimination against gays will be rampant and even that black Americans will be turned away from stores for religious reasons because of the law. Of course, that’s not happening in any of the states with similar laws and it won’t happen in Indiana either.
