Liberals like to control by denial of liberties. There is not to my knowledge a list of permitted things. There is a long list of things not permitted. One has to just exercise the freedom of doing a certain thing only to find that it is not permitted under the rules generated by the liberals. Many things that are not permitted by liberals have been removed from the pool of possible freedoms in order to appease some group that may be offended by the existence of such a freedom.

The ice cream truck is an example. Some parent can't afford (or doesn't desire) to buy their child an ice cream cone in the public park so they want to ban the sales to all children in the park because it makes their child whiny. THAT, my friend is liberal "logic".

Ironically, liberals teach their children the art of whining for what you want.

Is birth control mentioned in the constitution? Nope.. then it is up to the states and then to the people. Just because you dont agree with santorum does not make him wrong on the topic.

Neither are Ice Cream trucks, Happy Meal toys, Mylar balloons or circumcisions. Just because ya'll don't agree with the cities that have "banned" these...etc.

There's a huge difference you've missed.
Santorum is saying states ought to be able to ban birth control.
The OP is saying libs actually do ban things they personally object to because it makes their lives harder. Rather than take some responsibility for themselves they prefer to dictate to everyone else what they think they ought to be doing. Typically they point to the worst outcome imaginable and then predict this will be a daily occurance if their particular bete noir is not outlawed or regulated immediately.
