Hes got until September to come up with one,which will most likely a re-hash of previous failed plans like more stimulus,more treasonous quantitive easing, tax hikes, non existent shovel ready jobs, green jobs and so forth. It seems that Sachs now realizes that Obama never possessed the executive experience like Governor Palin had to handle the economy and get it moving in the right direction.

Actually, you go by budget. Obama was sworn in at the end of Jan. But the Bush budget was until the end of Oct.

So at the end of Clinton's last budget, the Unemployment rate was 5.7%
At the end of Bush's last budget, the Unemployment rate was 10.1%

The economy doesn't tank on the very day someone is sworn in and it's their fault. Only a 'tard would think that. Economies have momentum. It takes time to ruin one. Years in fact. It also takes years to fix it.

If the economy did not fall apart until Obama took office why did Bush and the republicans pass TARP?
