God Bless Texas, they won't stand for the perversion
TEXAS SUPREME COURT SMACKS HOUSTON MAYOR ANNISE PARKER; REPEAL BATHROOM ORDINANCE!
Houston Mayor Annise Parker was dealt a death blow by the Texas Supreme Court to her bathroom ordinance that allowed men to use women’s restrooms!
The court told her in no uncertain terms to repeal it or put it on the ballot for the people to decide.
The court opinion stated, “The legislative power reserved to the people of Houston is not being honored!”
“If the city council does not repeal the ordinance by August 24, 2015, then by that date the city council must order that the ordinance be put to popular vote during the November 2015 election.”
The court suspended any enforcement of the ordinance.
The ordinance was passed in May of 2014. Mayor Annise Parker refused to allow a repeal vote. She has until Aug 24th to decide whether she will just repeal or allow Houston to vote on it.
