I do not expect to be forced to carry ID. I do not suspect that my father or half siblings will have to carry ID. I don't foresee any of my aunts or cousins having problems.

I don't expect anyone I know to have any difficulty- those who are citizens or those who are resident aliens.

I don't expect myself, my mother, my other half brother, or anyone else I know to have any problems.

Perhaps you should come live here for a bit before you pretend to know anything about the matter. I trust the vast majority of our LEOs to not only know when there is probably person to stop a person, but to judge when it is appropriate to ask for identification and how to attempt a person's refusal (one is not required to carry or present identification, and I trust law enforcement on the whole to judge whether it seems the person is attempting to avoid identification due to a warrant, illegal presence in the US etc.)

Why Spain?

They can speak the language and its is way harder for them to try and get back in the US.

Most people have a driver's license or ID so they can conduct everyday business. Actually credit card abuse would be less of an ID was necessary to complete the purchase.

Look the government requires me to have a nursery license to take a bush or tree from the nursery to your house and plant it. Never mind you can do the same thing without a license. It is a revenue maker pure and simple. So now the few legal Mexican immigrants who don't have an ID or driver's license need to get one. Big deal.

We are picking on illegals, not Mexicans. Get over it, get legal or go home.

Since this law complies with federal law, the US Supreme Court will rule in favor of it in the fall. You got a repreive. Congratulations. I can wait a few months.
