Karel, also known as Charles Karel Bouley, is an evening and weekend host at KGO radio in San Francisco.

Based in Los Angeles, Karel is a gay activist who also writes for the Huffington Post website.

You know what I find really interesting here, where is the FCC in this? Isn't this radio station an FCC licensed station? If so then they are subject to some sort of broadcasting standards. This should apply across the spectrum, and to make such a threat should result at least in some sort of investigation. The other interesting thing here, is these local radio stations will soon feel the pinch both liberal and con. when the Fairness Doctrine comes back into being. I submit that this call bring it back is going to be worth watching on both sides of the fence.
