I never thought that I would see the day when a US President would be so despised that they would have to devise a route to keep him out of trouble.

If he was much given to thought he might reflect on why this is so. He might reflect on why he wasnt awarded a State Visit. And he might reflect on the damage he is doing to US interests.

considering the fact that I had my skull cracked opened (a few years ago)----
I consider your remark to be VERY CRUDE AND HURTFUL. The lines left
on my scalp look like a hazel nut that had been cracked opened and them put
back together again. I AM DEVASTATED.......
