4. Dems authorize official investigation of Trump's collusion with foreign countries.

5. Ukraine elects new president to clean up corruption.

WHAT motivated the Ukrainian power company to "hire" Hunter?
WHAT expertise did Hunter provide?
WHY was Hunter paid all that money?
