Yes, and that would have made him terrible in the eyes of Ted Kennedy and Joe Biden.

To them, you can change things using the courts so that you get them the way THEY want them.....then you better not change them again.

Just like Kennedy and Schumer railing at Roberts and Alito about the "gains of the past 40 years". Better not change them....better not change them.

When the way they got them was........to change things.
